Digital Marketing Specialist / Copywriter

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for our B2B clients. In this role, you’ll be tasked with the marketing process; from strategy and campaign management to analytics and client communication. You’ll work closely in a collaborative environment to deliver measurable results that create growth for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across different channels; email (Mailchimp), socials (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and website.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign strategy, updates and reporting.
  • Oversee content strategy and production, ensuring messaging aligns with each client’s brand voice, industry, and user journey.
  • Collaborate with team members on creative assets, landing pages, and campaign workflows — jumping in hands-on when needed.

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting or serving B2B clients.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Metricool)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and strategies for different industries and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with minimal oversight.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and translate data into actionable insights. (Nice to have)
