HireBetter, a B2B staffing agency, partnered with our team during a pivotal time of acquisition and restructuring in 2023. As part of this collaboration, we provided CMO+O services to help them shift back to a more traditional staffing approach while refining their new positioning as strategic talent planners.

One of the main challenges was their outdated website, which hadn’t been updated since 2019 and no longer reflected their services. Over four months, we worked closely with HireBetter’s leadership team through workshops to rewrite and redesign the website, creating a modern, user-friendly experience. This process involved mapping user journeys, refining service pages, and ensuring consistent messaging across departments.

Branding was another priority—initially inconsistent across the website, sales collateral, and social media, we used the web redesign as an opportunity to solidify HireBetter’s visual identity.

The result was a clean, modular design that reflects their customizable talent acquisition approach. After years of unsuccessful efforts to reposition itself as a consulting firm offering “strategic talent planning,” Hirebetter received a strategic talent planning lead that resulted in a 5-figure contract within the first month of the website launch. Since then, the lead flow has remained consistent with new B2B MQLs from the website each week.

Our close collaboration with each VP throughout this website development project allowed us to create consistent and complementary messaging across departments, resulting in better audience education and improved marketing ROI. This website was the catalyst for completing the brand rollout. Since then, we’ve updated the 1-pagers, decks, case studies, etc., resulting in a cohesive and beautiful brand experience across channels.
