Real International hired us (previous company) as their Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead a strategic overhaul of their marketing and branding efforts. We developed a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan to guide content, events, social media, campaigns, and more. The plan prioritized audience targeting, messaging, marketing channels, and an editorial calendar while integrating website strategy, analytics benchmarks, and measurable objectives to drive growth.
We redefined Real International’s messaging and executed a visual brand refresh across print and digital mediums, including new print collateral, social graphics, event signage, and a modernized web design.
The website project focused on creating stronger connections between services and audience desires, making the site more engaging with concise language and visual elements, improving navigation through internal links, and streamlining content by consolidating duplicate pages. Our thought leadership support included content creation and strategies to amplify their impact through social media, such as blogs for English-speaking audiences, video and webinar initiatives, and managing promotional campaigns across organic and paid channels.
