
The Link-Up, a volunteer-run directory connecting veterans with vital resources and opportunities, partnered with us for a comprehensive rebrand and website project to enhance accessibility and user experience.
To achieve this, we collaborated closely with the founder to develop the long-term goals and content strategy that informed website design. Our efforts included crafting messaging that demystified the process and presented it in a friendly and approachable tone to foster trust and engagement.
A unique challenge of this project was streamlining content across numerous organizations, given the varying levels of information collected by volunteers through internet searches and direct outreach. To address this, we built a custom backend system that accommodates diverse data inputs, ensuring consistency and ease of use for volunteers and users.
Beyond the website, we supported The Link-Up with email templates and social media outreach strategies, empowering the organization to create a comprehensive and up-to-date database. This database connects veterans with meaningful opportunities, reinforcing The Link-Up’s mission to serve those who have served.
